  • Impact of solar radiation on dissolved organic matter (DOM) and its subsequent utilization by bacterioplankton. Impact of terrigenous and anthropogenic inputs in the Mediterranean coast (Sea Explorer project).
  • Technique : Analysis of dissolved organic compounds: HPAEC-PAD (sugars) and GC/FID (dicarboxylic and ketocarboxylic acids). Characterization of fluorescent DOM (FDOM): spectrofluorometer Hitachi F-7000 and in situ UV fluorometer (EnviroFlu-HC, Trios). Measurement of UV and visible irradiances in the water column: Satlantic MicroPro Free Fall Profiler.
